God is Able
In the magnificent tapestry of existence, where stars sparkle like divine whispers and galaxies spiral in celestial ballets, there pulses a force of limitless magnitude. This force, our God, is the Origin and the End, the Storyteller of creation, the Architect of everything visible and invisible. His might knows no bounds, His wisdom no end. Through the pages of scripture and the lives of those who walked before us, a theme resounds with undying vitality: "God is Able.”
Ponder the dawning of time, when chaos and darkness reigned. From His divine lips came the words, "Let there be light,” and the universe sprang into existence. Every star that twinkles in the night, every bird that takes flight, every towering mountain and deep-sea trench, testify to His artistic power. Even in the midst of formlessness and void, He was able - able to breathe life into the lifeless, able to craft beauty from nothingness, able to create a world filled with wonder and majesty.
Reflect upon the narratives of ordinary people made extraordinary by faith. Think of a shepherd boy who became a king, a stuttering man who stood before Pharaoh, a persecuted church that thrived amidst the storm. Their stories, while unique, share a common thread: an unwavering belief in a God who is able. Able to deliver from the strongest foes, able to lead through the most treacherous terrains, able to turn weakness into strength, and mourning into joy. Through every trial and triumph, they held firm to the truth that their God, our God, is unchangingly and resolutely able.

Prayer for God’s Enabling Power
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, awed by Your boundless love, Your infinite wisdom, and Your unstoppable power. You, who hung the stars in the sky and breathe life into every living thing, are our Creator and Sustainer. We acknowledge Your sovereignty over all things and express our deepest gratitude for the unfailing love You shower upon us each day.
We thank You, Lord, for Your promise that You are able, in all situations and at all times. We praise You for being our Deliverer, our Strength, our Redeemer, and our Healer. In the face of challenges that seem insurmountable, in the quiet moments when fear and doubt threaten to overwhelm, help us remember that You are able.
Lord, strengthen our faith. Help us, like David, to trust in Your power even when the giants in our lives seem undefeatable. Like the woman with an issue of blood, let our faith drive us to reach out for Your healing touch, knowing that You are able to turn our pain into joy, our weakness into strength, and our despair into hope.
We ask for Your wisdom and guidance, Lord. Show us the path that we should walk, light our way in the darkness, and help us to not lean on our own understanding, but to trust in Your divine plan. When we feel lost or overwhelmed, remind us of Your promise that You are able to make all things work together for our good.
In our moments of triumph, let our hearts overflow with gratitude, acknowledging that it is Your hand that uplifts us. And in our moments of trials, let our spirits be fortified with the knowledge that You, our God, are able to bring us through.
In the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, who has shown us the ultimate testament of Your ability to conquer even death, we pray. Amen.
